Chandni Gulati Agarwal
Chandni Gulati Aggarwal, a graduate of Modern School Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, received a gold medal for her art from the International Women's organization UNICEF during her schooling. She pursued her passion for art by completing a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art with a specialization in Painting from the College of Art, New Delhi, from 2012 to 2016. Known for her expressive artworks, Chandni's paintings delve into the intricacies of daily life, focusing on mundane yet profound moments. She has garnered recognition for her talent, having topped the College of Art, Delhi entrance exam in the painting specialization and winning the Keshav Malik Memorial Award for the best student of the year in college. Chandni's artistic journey revolves around her fascination with food and the kitchen, believing that these elements evoke universal joy and connection. Through her work, she aims to challenge societal perceptions and evoke emotions, drawing inspiration from the Bhava-Rasa Theory of Bharatmuni in Natyashastra. Her art transcends boundaries, catering to audiences from all walks of life, and she often employs multiple canvases to intricately capture the essence of her subjects.
